Sidney and his team are extraordinary. First, Sidney is responsive. That is rare is his business. But Sidney doesn’t play games. I called him and he came right over, looked at the work (repairs to a finished basement room after a flood) and he gave me a price in a very reasonable few days. And the price included ALL the work I wanted done. That never happens. Everyone else I called either ghosted me, gave me a ridiculous price or gave me a ridiculous price AND left half the work I wanted done off the proposal. Sidney was excellent. I had a good feeling from the beginning. Then he and his team began the work. His team was fast and the work was very high quality. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me immediately. And anytime he had a question for me, I appreciated that he thought to ask it. It was SO smooth. The work came out absolutely beautiful.
