Sidney and his team are extraordinary. First, Sidney is responsive. That is rare is his business. But Sidney doesn’t play games. I called him and he came right over, looked at the work (repairs to a finished basement room after a flood) and he gave me a price in a very reasonable few days. And the price included ALL the work I wanted done. That never happens. Everyone else I called either ghosted me, gave me a ridiculous price or gave me a ridiculous price AND left half the work I wanted done off the proposal. Sidney was excellent. I had a good feeling from the beginning. Then he and his team began the work. His team was fast and the work was very high quality. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me immediately. And anytime he had a question for me, I appreciated that he thought to ask it. It was SO smooth. The work came out absolutely beautiful. Had Sidney and company in for some finish up decking replacement another contractor walked away from. While there I contracted to have flooring on a porch replaced and once he got in to the job the scope of work necessitated complete demo and rebuild of porch. Sidney and his crew dealt with all headaches associated with this unforeseen problem with professionalism and quick work. Plan on using them again this Spring for more work.
