I've used Custom Concepts for a number of large jobs from bathroom remodeling to recently building a new garage. Isaac and his crew were always professional and easy to work with. The entire process went smooth. The quality of work was exceptional and timely. They kept a clean job site and were very considerate when working in our home. You could tell this group had experience based on recommendations they provided us that made the finish product look even better than we envisioned. I would highly recommend them and feel comfortable knowing we have found a reliable construction company to address any future needs.

Isaac and his team were professional, clean and friendly. The in-law apartment they added on to our house for my parents is beautiful and well-built. Everyone comments on how it fits so nicely on the existing house and they especially love the front porch. We appreciated the ease of communication as well as the timeliness with which they responded to whatever was needed. I would use Custom Concepts again in a heartbeat. From signed contract to completion took WAY longer than I expected (thank you covid and supply chain issues), but my addition of an oversized attached garage, with mudroom that necessitated a redo of my family room and an unanticipated addition of a new porch has been finished. And man was it worth the wait. This is the second project I've done with Custom Concepts, and I would go back to them in a heartbeat for a third. Every Custom Concepts employee and subcontractor used by Isaac are all class acts and I would recommend any of them as well. I recently said to Isaac, I now have the house I didn't know I wanted and it is way better than i ever envisioned.
