Brad is fantastic. Responded to my inquiry quickly, showed up on time and had fair prices and finished the job in no time. He gave me some advice on how to do something myself too so I saved some lonely there. Highly recommended and absolutely the best.

I contacted Brad on October 17th to ask him to replace a kitchen faucet and a faulty bathroom shower valve. On October 20th, he came to the house to take a look at the project and gave a quote, which I accepted. He said he would be back in a few days to do the job. Day after day, week after week, he never showed up. I asked why, and he said he'd come the next week to take care of it. Fast forward to Thanksgiving a month later, after rescheduling a dozen times, he just stopped responding altogether. The house was without the use of one bathroom for over a month. Unfortunately, we had a subpar experience with Brad. Although he responded to my request for a dishwasher installation service promptly, gave a fare quote, and scheduled the same-week appointment, he showed up 3 hours late. I actually had to call him to remind about the appointment. We have older cabinets, with a tight space for a dishwasher. Brad was able to fit the new dishwasher in, but it didn't go all the way to the wall. I voiced my concern to Brad, but he brushed it off saying that there is nothing he could do about it. He tested the dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks and left, only for me to run into problems with the new dishwasher later that night. The lower cover fell off because Brad didn't secure it, and I saw that Brad hadn't put the cover on the junction box leaving all the wires exposed. He also failed to connect the ground wire, jammed both the electrical cable and water supply line under the bottom of the dishwasher as well as failed to level the dishwasher l
