EHC Inc Electrical Heating Cooling

I used this company for a consultation. Their electrician, Colton, was professional and gave me an estimate for installing light fixtures and a smart hub to control the lights. I decided to go ahead and hire him for the job. However, the process of booking their services is unnecessarily difficult. The following happened more than 3 times: I called their number and a representative answered. I told them I want to book their services. They said that they needed to connect me with their coordinator. Their coordinators were busy and they said they would call me back. When they finally called back, they gave me dates that wouldn't work for me. I told them I would call them back with a range of dates. I called again and again and radio silence from their coordinators. I guess they are not interested in small jobs (it would cost a little less than $8,000). Their behavior is insulting. Unfortunately, they wasted my time.

James came out to install recessed lighting and a switch for us. They came out to give us a quote the next day and to work the following week. They were very professional and super courteous (trying hard not to wake our sleeping toddler). The work was done well, we would definitely use them again. Colton and Scott were incredibly professional. They worked quickly to address our outlet and breaker issues and made all of the necessary repairs in a single visit! I would recommend them to anyone.
