It couldn't have been easier to resolve my clogged drain issue. I was able to schedule the appointment online for the following day. I was happy to be informed that the tech was ahead of schedule. Vivian arrived, provided me a quote, and completed the job in less than an hour. He left the work area clean upon completion. I will definitely call again in the future. The service person was genuinely nice and knowledgeable about the problem. He solved the problem in an efficient manner and explained what he was doing as he carried out his procedures. He did not get annoyed when I asked questions. He was on time and courteous. Most importantly he listened carefully as I explained the problems the household had encountered, and then went about diagnosing the issue at hand. Then another member of his team arrived promptly to literally scope out the pipes and I was able to watch the video screen as he did his scoping procedure. Great crew to come and glad I called them. Our kitchen sink was backing up but we weren't unable to find the clog ourselves. We finally called Roto-Rooter and a plumber, Carl R. arrived very quickly and was able to identify the issue for us.
