This place is awesome! Very professional and they work with customer's needs. They turned a nightmare (nothing to do with them) into a very pleasant experience. Driven by a bad advice from a plumber we initially hired for the job, we purchased a gas boiler system for the heating that could not fit our existing chimney vent. Making additional vents was not part of our plan and would cost a lot more than changing the system. Therefore, we ended up with a brand new system that we could not use and could not return to the manufacturer as the original packaging was opened. Not only did Ryan Bresnahan from Republic Plumbing organize the pick-up of the system, but he also went ahead to organize the floor model sale of this system to their customers. I could not thank Republic Plumbing and Ryan enough!!! If not for them, we would have been out of a substantial amount of money and would have had a heavy system that we could not move and could not install in the basement. Highly recommend workin

Nothing like going into a store and feeling invisible. I literally stood there and was not acknowledged by any of the three people working there. I understand they were helping other people but all they had to do was say we’ll be with you shortly please wait and I’ll help you soon as I can. I was just asking to see if I was indeed in the right place. No eye contact and no awareness at all. And also I could hear in the back somebody yelling some misogynistic thing. So I would not go there at all for any help in the plumbing supply world. There’s plenty of other places that have the decency to acknowledge your presence. It’s not like they have a line of people coming in.
