Eric serviced two 22 year old propane furnaces and 3 zoned dampers today. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and reasonably priced. He performed a combustion check, tightened wires, used a CO2 cartridge to blow out lines (prior HVAC contractor did not perform these checks), and other routine maintenance checks. I will continue to use Eric in the future.

They gave me a quote of 16K to replace the existing boiler. The pipes and plumbing were already in place. Another company did a great job at less than half of the price. If you don't want the business, learn to say NO. There is a realistic price for a 6-7 hour job even with 300$/hour job. You greedy guys just don't get it! I would never call you back! Thank you.
