We needed new gutters on part of our 3-family home. They were incredible responsive via text message, and communicated as often as we needed to speak to them. Got someone out to our place within 48 hours of calling for a quote to check out the job. Got a written quote 24s hours after that. Work was scheduled for 2 weeks later, and was completed in 1 week. The team wore face masks, worked hard and came back as requested, even after project was paid in full, when we noticed some pieces that needed fixes. I dealt with Brian and one of his foremen, Rich. Brian was very helpful and clear on the phone and got someone over to my house the very next day. Rich was the foreman that came over - he explained what was causing the issue in a way that was easy to understand, quoted me a very fair price and patched my roof in 30 minutes. Brian and his team are phenomenal. We had a very, very difficult and laborious roof project (removing several layers of old roof and plywood and starting from scratch). They were meticulous in the removal and cleaned/vacuumed up dust from the old roof before laying the fresh plywood, insulation, and rubber roof. We received pictures of and updates on each stage of the process, which bolstered our confidence in the quality of their work. I had one million questions along the way and Brian was always patient and thorough in answering all of them. He was always quick to respond and genuinely cared about the quality of the work. When finished, they cleaned the area so well that you wouldn't have known they were ever here. Louie, Jimmy, Dan, Peter, all of them, were amazing. Thank you Branon & Son for saving our house!!
