I needed my kitchen faucet replaced on Friday as we are entertaining the next day. Milltown responded to my inquiry immediately. Customer service was excellent. The technician was there the next day. He was professional in his manner and extremely friendly. He resolved the problem and provided me with insightful information. Our 2nd floor central air conditioning unit stopped working on one of the hottest nights of the season. I called Milltown and they sent a technician out the next day. They had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour, and our second floor cooled right down. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the part to me, including how it was affecting our system. I would definitely do business with them again. We are very happy with Milltown, and especially impressed by their attention to customer service. When one of our heat pump systems stopped working, they came the same day and repaired it that day. When a non-OEM product we purchased did not work properly, they tried first to correct the problem several times, then contacted the manufacturer, and when it was clear that product would not work as we had hoped Milltown refunded our money completely. We look forward to Milltown servicing our HVAC system for years to come.
