Barry and his team are phenomenal. I hired them upon the recommendation of a friend after meeting with several other companies. Barry was fair, approachable and above all, kind. He was extremely responsive and kept me informed about everything. I had mini splits put in and sewer lines replaced. Everything was done so efficiently, that I can’t wait to hire them again as the need arises. When you meet Barry, you will feel as if he has been a lifetime friend. I went away for the night not realizing I was out of oil. I came home to a cold house and immediately called Whitney’s emergency line. In LESS than an hour the gentleman was at my house and my heat was back on! THANK YOU!!!

We have been an Oil customer for 30+ years. The few negative reviews are irresponsible at best. We started with the big Worcester Companies and the Oil only NO SERVICE companies and got burnt literally. Whitney also does our annual burner service, has upgraded our furnace, installed our AC, and replaced our oil tank. Alex and Berry are no nonsense and answer the phones. We have had at one time or another every one of their knowlegeable techs and great drivers. Recently we had Ron in on a project and then a repair and he is the best of the best. The total commitment gets you excellent service and you get a lot in return for what you pay for. Peter.
