Find another AC service company. They will send two techs and charge you for having both techs without letting you know the increase hourly rate. Spoke to the owner and he really didn’t care. He eventually realized that I should have not gotten billed for two techs and he gives me a small discount. But that was after I complained about the bill. Fagone should also learn what the word slander means. Writing a review in an open forum is not slander. I am stating what happen. I was billed for two techs without receiving a quote. The first bill I received literally stated AC service 790.00. When I asked if I could have an itemized bill, after waiting a couple of weeks, the bill stated 570.00, 3 hours labor/ two guy and 220 for materials = 790.00. That's when I decided to find out why I was billed for two techs, like any consumer should. That's like bringing your car in for service and ending up paying two mechanics without your knowledge. Fagone plumbing was fantastic! They were on time responsive and diagnosed my heating issue quickly. Had Fagone come out to make some repairs on my bathroom fixtures. Some items needed replacing, and so just simple repair. They handled each item quickly and with attention to detail.
