We used Charlie to install a new kitchen faucet after our old faucet started leaking and could not be fixed due to corrosion. He came 2 days in a row to deal with this since we had no water. We also had to replace our 12 year water pressure valve as it was much higher than the regulation and could have cause significant damage. He came back the next day and replaced our pressure reducing connection which had failed. His service was exceptional and he got the job done with a sense of urgency.
