Very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I actually enjoy calling to discuss any of my heating needs. Small town friendly with big town professionalism. My kind of company to work with.
I have been a customer of Brideau Energy for 14 years. The customer service is great, easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The delivery personnel are always friendly and haul the delivery hose through even the deepest snow. The service department has always done a great job keeping my heating system in top working condition. The heating oil pricing here has always been competitive and their choice of payment plan options is very good. This is a top shelf company, for sure!
I would give the serviceman a 5 star recommendation, but the Brideau customer service doesn’t deserve a one star because it is non-existent. I made the appointment to clean my boiler about five weeks previously. Luckily my electronic calendar reminded me of the appointment, otherwise I would not have bee at home to let the service man into the house. Also, Six week later, I am still waiting for my winter oil delivery contract.
