I really liked the prompt response to the required service, the person who assisted me by phone was quite professional and was always ready to help with my problem. (Joanne) is great !!! Likewise, as the people who went to perform the service, quite professional and committed to their work, I would repair them a thousand times and from now on they will be the company that I will call when I have any maintenance and/or service difficulties at home, it really is The term and time it took from the time I called to the moment of the solution was invaluable, 1 day !!!!! Terrible experience with this company. I hire them to assist a home owner in Fitchburg after the property was affected by a fire loss. I gave them a credit card without even getting an estimate for the work because the home owner was in need of fixing the property to allow his tenants back into their apartment after they where displaced to local shelters. Months later after they finished their part of the plumbing work the home owner for an $ 1,800 water bill and when he spoke to the water department they told him that the plumbing company disconnected the water meter without notifying the water department and for that reason he needs to pay for water usage even though nobody was back in the property after the fire. I contact them multiple times to kindly ask for help and after going back and forth with Felix one of the guys who originally came out, he end up telling me that there was nothing they could do to help the home owner. For the reason I will NEVER recommend them to any cust

I recently had a new furnace and water heater installed by O.G. Croteau and the experience was exceptional. Everything from the quote visit, dealing with the office staff, the installation, the clean up, and follow-up went smoothly. The entire staff showed through their actions that they were professional and cared about the customer. I highly recommend them.
