Alex was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly, and performed the service quickly replacing all my smoke/ CO detectors. Alex was awesome the first visit he came and was really upfront and honest and told me what needed to be done. I had to schedule a appointment from that point so that what Alex had suggested to be done could be done . The nexted week I was scheduled to have the upgrades I needed in order to be able to sell my house. Alex and Devon came in early morning and they were able to complete the work I needed in a timely manor and the price was amazing thank you again Reul Electrical I will call you again if ever needed in future. I wasn't able to be home when Ruel came out, but my wife absolutely loved Jerry. She said he was incredibly helpful in explaining the work he was doing to install our new electric hot water heater. My interactions with the office staff to schedule the visit were very pleasant and professional. If we have additional electrical needs in the future, we will definitely be going back to Ruel.
