My central air was having issues and leaking water all over my basement floor, so we were not able to use it during one of the most recent heat waves. When I first completed the New Request form on July 4th on their website it had said that the soonest appointment would be August 4th. So to say I was surprised when I received a call only TWO days later to schedule an inspection for a quote the SAME DAY would be quite the understatement. Hector showed up to the house and after explaining to him what was going on with the unit and what I had done to troubleshoot and such, he explained what he thought the issue might be and what steps he was going to take to figure out what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, even if I hadn’t known anything about anything. He got to work and was keeping me updated in between steps taken and what he had found. He was honestly the nicest, most personable service people I’ve had at the house ever.
