I reached out to Scott after receiving a pipe lining quote from another company to line 50ft of my pipe, claiming that that would resolve my root problem. My driveway is 80ft so I had reservations about the 50ft lining resolving the root problem. Scott and his crew ( 6 guys total ) found the clean out valve, cleared the roots all the way to the city's pipe, 118ft. We had to postpone the job by a week, my wife had covid. The following Monday at 7am they were here, the job was done by noon. They showed me video of the entire pipe after the lining process was complete. No more flush anxiety ;-) All Scotts team were prompt, polite and good at explaining to me what they were doing.
