Piper electric was prompt and professional. The electrician Jeff and his apprentice Nick were wonderful. They took care of what needed to be fixed. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for quality and timely service.

I had a tree limb fall on my service to my house and I got their number from my local power company, they were the first ones to answer my call and were able to get here in about an hour or two and they stayed through the storm working on my house with limbs cracking all around but they got it done and got the power company back in record time so I had power and heat through the rest of the night….. Called Piper to get a specific test they perform. Woman who answered the phone was rude and said ‘We can’t help you.’ My contractor told me to call back and ask them when they could do test. After 3 tries she said we can help you in 2 weeks. It’s now 12 days later and I called to see when they would be coming. No one called me back. Day 13 called again to see when they were coming. They informed me they weren’t! Said the test was too involved and they decided not to do it. That was it!!! They couldn’t/didn’t call me earlier to let me know they were cancelling. Worst company I have dealt with. Unprofessional :(
