Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The service was fast and great for the unclogging of my shower that had standing water. However, the pricing at $599 was very high which is the reason for the three stars. Possibly the price you pay for convenience at how quick that they can come out for service. Update: Corporate just ended up giving me a call to say that $599 is the rate. Seemed unnecessary. We had a sewer line problem 4 years ago and I was afraid I was seeing early signs of the same problem. We had the line checked out and cleaned with Roto-rooter. (They were amazing 4 years ago.) We had a bit of an emergency this morning with backed up toilets and shower. The RR technician was able to get to our house within an hour on a Sunday. It was not an easy fix, but the technician (Danny) got the job done. I really appreciated how careful and cautious he was throughout the time. He did what was a dirty job in as clean and efficient a manner as possible. I was impressed with how he explained everything to me while he was fixing it. He really saved the day for us.
