The technician who came to our home, Bob, is extremely professional, trustworthy and friendly. He is knowledgeable and he explained everything to us as he was going. It was our first experience with Basnett and we will absolutely be calling them again. Robin, who works in the office, couldn’t have been friendlier and more professional as well. Thank you!!!
We had a great experience with Basnett, particularly with Anthony. The crew who installed our new water heater and mini splits did a fantastic job! Zach Menard was a big help in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. His colleagues, Gabe, Nick, Mike, Dan, Sam and Aanycia all worked so efficiently and were all friendly and accommodating. Overall great experience having Basnett do this upgrade for us!
