We had a great experience with Basnett, particularly with Anthony. The crew who installed our new water heater and mini splits did a fantastic job! Zach Menard was a big help in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. His colleagues, Gabe, Nick, Mike, Dan, Sam and Aanycia all worked so efficiently and were all friendly and accommodating. Overall great experience having Basnett do this upgrade for us!
Wayne was professional and did an awesome job. Basnett was also able to schedule me then very next day, whereas the other companies I had called said it was going to be at least a few days until they could hear. Will absolutely be using Basnett for any further plumbing work that needs to be done at my home. Service: Faucet repair
