I have worked with Druziako for years, as they did the initial installation of our central heat and AC system over 8 years ago, converting us from radiators and oil, to gas and forced air. The installation was done great, and at a much cheaper price than other quotes. I still use them for normal maintenance on the system, and any time various issues arise, which they are always able to help with. I had an emergency situation where my elderly father's furnace had broken. Eddie called me back immediately and went by his house within the hour to diagnose and give me a quote. His price was very reasonable and his crew came the very next work day to install a new hot water heater and furnace. During Eddie's visit, he even told me of a couple safety issues he noticed in my father's home so I was aware. He was so thoughtful and kind. The installation team (Jake and Tyson and Ed) was very professional gave us a clear understanding of what was going to happen and why. They were helpful and patient with us as we made our final decision on where to place the indoor part of the mini split system and the implication of that decision on the outside work. They provided all the necessary paperwork and helped with the information we needed to register the system under the warranty program. Once the system was electrified, Jake returned, checked the system that was now active and showed us how the remote control works and demonstrating the various functions of the unit.
