Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

bathroom drainage for sink and tub was slow. I suspected one clog was causing the slow draining for both fixtures. The technician came in and after a minute or two of looking at the sink and tub, proceeded to tell me it requires 2 jobs. He quoted me $599 for tub and $599 for sink. But he would take 25% off 2nd job. I told him to do the tub only. Price was absolutely ridiculous. He was done in 20 minutes. And the truth is, the drainage on both fixtures cleared. Not to happy with him racking me over the coals.

We had a serious kitchen sink drain clog. I tried to snake it out myself but to no avail. We called RotoRouter and the rep was there within the hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were able to negotiate a fair price for the job and he had the drain cleared within the hour. He had the professional snake which was much longer and more efficient than mine. Alex, the tech was great. He was very patient answering all of my questions/concerns. I had a tough clog in my kitchen drain pipe. The water from my washing machine and bath tub when drained, would come up into my kitchen sink. Alex took some time to figure it out and was able to unclog it. Appreciate the excellent customer service and his quick response to the issues I was having.
