Pete and Alice were only a little late to arrive. I had the impression that they knew what needed to be done and that, when they were finished, they had done it. Pete gave me advice that I was pleased to hear. My partner is relieved to know that the system is in good working order. I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m so impressed with this company! First, a friendly person answered my call today and helped schedule an appointment same day. Next, a text comes through on who is heading over with time of arrival. The text even included a photo so you knew who to expect at your door. Finally, the technician that arrived was knowledgeable and kind. He identified the issue and fixed the problem, all in the span of a few hours.
