I decided to call Goodin Plumbing Repairs and thankfully, their technician, came and told me that two of the toilets needed minor tank rebuilt. He fixed the issue with the toilet and the overuse of water. Very satisfied with what they did and their price was very good. Highly recommend this company.
Recommend Goodin Plumbing Repairs. Their serviceman was pleasant, professional and did a fantastic job installing the sub pump in our basement. He was careful and diligent in his services and left the working area very neat and clean. I am very grateful.
The review is for the company itself. They are just a call center and contract out work to local plumbers. The quality and communication level depends on which plumber you happen to receive. Once they hand off your job to a plumber they don't do anything but collect the bill. My plumber happened to be late and they couldn't do anything to let me know where he was. Despite promising that I would get a text 30min before he was coming. They also charge a service fee on top of the fee for the work. They do actually answer the phone when you call, and if you happen to get a good plumber it's might be worth it, hence the 2 stars.
