John came to disconnect the timer on our pool filter which appeared to be malfunctioning. He also checked for other possible causes and did find a burnt out connection in the filter motor which he replaced at no additional charge. I highly recommend John and Wired Electoral Contractors.

Electricians at WIRED are laser-accurate in their assessment, and their workmanship is top notch, except they could do a better job of cleaning up (removed wiring insulations left on the floor, etc...), which is the reason for one minus star. They also do not try to sell anything you don't need, so their honesty deserves a great attention. Their work also comes with warranty, so sometimes a few hundred dollars you can save at a competitor may not be worth it in the end. Elicia at the service desk is always quick to reply to email inquiries, which I really appreciate as I don't like talking on the phone. Not many businesses reply to emails anymore and they lost me as a customer. If WIRED offered free estimates like competitors do (I'm a current customer so I do get free estimates), I believe they even receive more projects.
