Boston Standard did a fantastic job from start to finish. We used their service to install heat pumps coupled with a ducted system on our first floor and ductless wall units upstairs. It was a big job doing some retro fitting into our older home but Kyle explained all our options so that we got the system that fit our needs best. Once the team arrived, we received end of day updates from Antoine on what work was completed and what we could expect the next day. The whole team was professional, performed a great installation, and cleaned up daily. We are extremely pleased with our new system and highly recommend the Boston Standard team! The tech who came out was fine, but when I requested a quote for a full AV system replacement, I was met with NO urgency. I ended up going with another company, that was able to come out within an hour of calling them. I was also out almost $500 for the tech to spend 15 minutes "diagnosing" the problem. He did no work at all. I'd recommend going with another vendor for your AC needs.
I had a great experience with this company—first time using them for cooling needs. I needed a quick estimate and they sent someone out within a day. Nick Nasuti, their project manager, was very professional, thorough and attentive. He made sure he addressed all our questions and concerns about our proposed project. What I was the most impressed with was the fact that Nick really listened to us and seemed genuine with his advice. No hard sales here or anything like that. We told Nick what we needed and he delivered a quote within minutes. Lastly, Nick also followed through with a phone call and email a couple days later to make sure he hadn’t left any questions unanswered. We also had a great experience with Larry Furbish, their Sales & Marketing Coordinator. He also was very professional and pleasant on the phone and he really tried his best to accommodate us as much as possible.
