From start to finish, Boston Standard was amazing. They should be the gold standard for their service, attention to detail, congeniality, kindness, extra efforts, knowledge, followup, promptness and professionalism were A++++ Thanks to Leo for his never ending help and for Ryan, JACK!, Antwon, Fred and Cody’s attention to detail. They helped me keep my dogsitting doggie safe and just talked you through every step. Leo ROCKS!!! He has helped with the MassSave rebate process and all its confusion. He suggested other ways to finance when Eastern Standard stopped returning our calls and e-mails. He hooked us with GreenSky which was a very easy application process. Thank you Boston Standard for coming all the way to Taunton. We are very happy with our new furnace and heat pump. Leo was incredibly helpful as I tried to sort out heating needs for a small, very cold room. His assessments, recommendations, and insights about a mini-split unit were terrific. He explained all aspects of the process and gladly answered all my many questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I got the very best solution to this perplexing heating problem. I can't recommend Boston Standard highly enough!
