I found this company online because we needed a plumber in a hurry. It was a stroke of luck finding them. Everyone in the company was professional, patient, pleasant, hard-working, and considerate. From the owner (Kevin), the office staff (Keri), and the guys who got things done for the work and inspection (Josh, Antonio, Randy). I can't say enough about the quality of the work and the people at Big Blue.

I tend not to leave reviews, but I'm going out of my way to do so because I'm so happy with Big Blue. So far, we've worked with them to install a faucet and to maintain our tankless water heater and HVAC system. Everyone we've interacted with - Tenzin, Adin, Keri, Donna, and Kevin - has been a pleasure to work with. The team communicates well, they're patient, friendly and organized, and they do high quality work, on time and for a reasonable price. They'll answer all your questions, and they're even sensitive to small things like taking their shoes off before coming inside. It's been very hard to find a company like Big Blue and we feel more confident as homeowners now that we have. We recommend them to our friends and we're excited to work with them again soon. Randy from Big Blue came out to fix a leaking pipe under the sink. He was on time and professional. He clearly explained and fixed the problem. He took extra measures to make sure it wouldn't happen again. I thought the price was reasonable for the time, and I would definitely use this company again. I also thought that the staff I spoke to on the phone were helpful.
