Had a kitchen pipe burst on Thanksgiving '22. Ethan came to our house and fixed it. He was knowledgeable, professional, caring and kind. Thank you!! I will call them again!
I had a pipe break in my basement. It's winter and I had to turn the heat off in the house because of the pipe break so my basement didn't continue to flood. I needed the pipe fixed fast because it's cold out. I called up Thompson and left a message with their answering service. Mr. Thompson called me back 5 minutes later and said he'd send over one of his guys. The guy showed up 15 minutes later and was able to quickly fix the issue. Approx. an hour after I discovered the the broken pipe, my heat is back on. Great, fast, affordable service. I will definitely use them again in the future (but hopefully only for non-emergency plumbing services). Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair
