A really good experience. Our bathroom faucet was not working. We contacted many plumbers who had a long wait period. Petros called back right away and had me take photos of the faucet. He said that instread of calling him in for a simple repair, he could walk me through doing it myself! Amazing! We will certainly be using P Floros for all future plumbing needs. Petros rebuilt 13 shutoff valves in my condo and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was clean, very quick, and knowledgeable. He loves his job and wants to do quality work. I appreciate that he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it, and all his work made sense to me. In contrast, I contacted 3 other plumbers - all of them were more expensive by varying degrees and estimated that the repairs would take all day.
