The service provided by Hi Tech has been truly outstanding from start to finish. The customer service was kind enough to take the time and effort to answer my calls and inquiries even through I was contacting them during a weekend. They went the extra mile to schedule a visit to inspect my windows and give en an estimate on a very short notice, giving me the best estimate among 7 other contractors I’ve talked to. On top of that they went the extra mile to fit my schedule and install the windows on a Saturday morning as I couldn’t do it on any other day. The installation itself was professional, accurate and efficient. I honestly can’t recall receiving as good of a service in any home improvement job. Service: Window installation
