Fantastic experience with Hi Tech Windows! The team was attentive, detail-oriented, friendly, and incredibly responsive. The windows look beautiful, the project was done on time, and the men cleaned the site to as good as new. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for more window replacements.

We hired HiTech to replace some siding on my porch that I knew was bad (had a hole from a ladder that fell, plus I was aware of a little wood damage under a small panel beside the door. I called for an estimate, they were quick in responding, and the estimate was fair (had others higher, and a couple around the same price). When they came to do the work (actually just one guy, since it wasn't a big job), day 1 was remove the existing siding. When doing so we found a huge amount of wood rot under the old siding. This did cause a small price increase (I was warned in advance, and it was in the contract that addition wood replacement would result in extra cost) - but it was reasonable for the extra amount of work. The tech's name was Milton, and he's a beast. Not only did he do all the wood repair, he actually uninstalled a window to get at some other bad wood. Hi Tech is an incredible company that supports its customers from the day they install something through over 25 years later!!!! They installed vinyl siding (and windows) at my parents house back in 1997 and recently part of the aluminum fascia board cover blew away during the record cold wind storm. This is the first issue of any kind my parents had with their siding since installation. When I called them to request a site visit and estimate to put it back up, I was floored to hear them say they would gladly come to do so at no charge!!! What company in this day and age is that customer focused and friendly after 25 years? Hint….It’s a rhetorical question. Only Hi Tech! You’d be crazy not to use and trust them
