AHA installed a new Hydro air system + new duct work and did a fantastic job! I applied for the heat loan through Mass Saves right when the program was implementing some major changes and Bryan helped make sure I was in the loop. He explained everything each step of the way, he was straightforward and honest. Great quality, workmanship and people. I would recommend AHA for anyone looking to get a new system installed. Bryan treated me like a 2nd class citizen. He Was more concerned with WHO the other companies that were giving me estimates. He was rude and condescending when he pointed out that I didn't know HVAC so he didn't want to explain the process. Had no customer service etiquet. As I welcomed him into my Home, he was cussing which showed a lack of respect for me like he didn't want to be there. Very unprofessional. He made me feel uncomfortable and I had to kick him out of my house. I went with the company called Climate Design System for my HVAC business. THEY offer a better warranty service anyways.

I met Bryan by chance. His company was working on a neighbor's AC system. One of my units went out two days prior. I had called another place I had used in the past, but they didn't get back to me. After seeing Bryan's company working next door, I called the number on the truck. He returned my call within 30 min and said he would stop over when he was done. He came by and had my AC up and running quickly on the same day I called. His price was VERY reasonable. Overall, I was impressed with the way Bryan ran his operation.
