I've had Ayotte out at my property a few times for a few different jobs. I've had a few different of their techs and a few repeats. I've personally dealt w/ three different of the owners as well. All knowledgeable in their area, all great to deal with, and all, on the level. I have even contracted them to do two mini split systems. They are Excellent and I would highly recommend them. Update1( 8/17/21 ): I've had Ayotte out to install a pair of large outdoor splits and 8 indoor heads, and to remove a bad natural gas on demand and replace it with an electric fiberglass tank. Let me tell you their quality of work, attention to detail, promptness, fair pricing, and the friendliness of their employees is why I keep going back. These guys are good; Use their services... businesses like this should thrive. Services: Water heater installation, Plumbing leak detection, Heating system installation, Toilet installation, Faucet installation, Ductless heating & A/C services

After coming in when I explained what's the issue and how this 'no power on Y1' happened back in February, the tech basically said it's a thermostat problem and need to call the Nest/electrician (also how they never work with nest thermostat which is bizarre tbh). Me knowing a bit about HVAC, asked him to jump Y1 and RC wire and AC should turn on if it's a thermostat problem. He then said yes, I can try that. Sure enough it didn't work and proved that it's NOT a thermostat problem. Then he finally went to the attic to check the air handler and did something with the condensate Safe T switch and AC started running. There was recent insulation work from MASSSAVE and he said the issue is from the insulation work, even though the problem (no power to Y1) happened back to February (and I just had to disconnect the wire from the thermosta
