All Electric Works

I am the head of Maintenance for a property in Westborough. Rick is my go to electrician. From the first time I called him he was very quick to come right out and give us an estimate and even helped trouble shoot some other issues that we were having that had nothing to do with the job we hired him to do. All the work he has done here has been done in a very timely manner and his prices are very reasonable. We will continue to call him for all future electrical work.

I question the character of the owner of All Electric Works. I happened to be cleaning out our file cabinet when we found this old receipt for some work done by Rick Regan. It's a very long and complicated story but please try to bear with me. In 2005, my wife and I purchased our first home, a 1920s colonial in Wellesley. While getting the hardwood floors refinished, we discovered that the house did not have a 220V supply coming into the house from the street. The home inspector did not catch that and they were liable to pay to bring 220V service into the house from the street. We hired All Electric Works using Service Magic, a website used to match jobs to contractors. Rick "did the work", we paid, sent the claim to the home inspection company, got reimbursed $2000 but also had to sign an affidavit releasing the home inspection company from any further liability from the 220V issue.
