John Wilson is absolutely the best. He has the experience and clever insight to get problems fixed. It has been same story for years - no matter which tech is sent for first visit, it has always ended up with John to be called in to diagnose and deal with the issue quickly.
We placed a call for emergency service to repair our central a/c needed for an ill family member. We’d had another local company out for multiple service calls and still had no cool air. Wilson Bros responded and Jeremy Arcila was able to quickly diagnose, repair and service the equipment. He was courteous, professional, and very kind. There is no doubt that we will be calling them for any future HVAC needs. Service: A/C system repair
Wilson Brothers Heating and AC, and their whole staff were very easy to work with. Communication from start to finish was great. No pressure, everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. The Techs Even and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our oil boiler, explained everything they did so I understood, polite and courteous and completed the job in half the time I was expecting.
