Just to be clear this review is for roof kings located in Quincy and run by Craig along with Noelle. I did not use any of their services as I gave up trying to get them to give me a comprehensive quote after 3 months of actively pursuing both Noelle and Craig with follow-up emails and calls. The one quote I did get was 89k for a roof and solar panels (unfortunately I have no idea what the roof cost or the solar panels). Noelle directs me to Craig for questions and left him a few voice mail messages over weeks with my contact information, what I wanted etc and did not hear back.(in my mind this is when Craig is doing his sales pitch and hasn't gotten my money yet.. imagine once he has already been paid, which is a huge red flag for me and should be for you as well) If they can't even get a price with the details behind what they will be doing, how would any one go forward. Potentially they can do an asphalt roof.. but based on the negative reviews it seemed too similar to my experience
