I'd give this company 10/5 stars! I highly recommend this company! They are fast, reliable, professional and an excellent plumping company. This past weekend, New England had extreme cold Below 0 degrees for 2 days. This caused our water pipe to freeze and burst and the fire department came to shut off our water. we had to repair our pipe and we called so many plumping companies and they ended up being already booked out several days into the week because other multiple homes had pipes bursting and other pipe/plumbing issues from the extreme cold as well. My boyfriend and i were stressed because we had no water for over 24 hrs and every plumbing company we called were booked for the day and several days out of the week. no one had availability to repair our broken pipe until I called Bushi Plumbing. they were able to come to my home the same day and fixed our broken pipe. I'm a new homeowner and I had no idea what to do. Bushi Plumbing was amazing and provided quick service! My water heater burst around 7pm at night and I called the emergency answering service for after hours and someone called me back within 15 minutes. I was able to text Renato a picture of the damage and model and he was able to come over the next morning at 8am with the replacement for a really affordable price! My heater stopped working and found Bushi Plumbing online. After a quick conversation on the phone they were at my front door in 45 minutes.
