Blaisdell Plumbing and Heating

We’ve tried five different plumbers since moving to Salem. Blaisdell was the first place that was willing to do whatever it took to figure out the issue - no shortcuts, and no chasing them down. Anthony worked with us to find a very specific faucet for an old sink, even though it took a couple of tries and a bunch of research to find the right one. At that point, other plumbers might have told us we needed to replace the whole thing; but Anthony persisted, saving us money and letting us continue to enjoy an antique fixture. To top it off, he didn’t charge us for all that effort. He clearly cares about quality, thoroughness, and the customer experience. The Blaisdell office was great to deal with as well: friendly, clear communication, and text notification of appointment times (which were always accurate). Nothing but positive things to say about this company. I called late one afternoon and actually spoke with a very nice woman that assured me she could have someone come out the very next morning. I was given an appointment within a two hour window. A text was sent to confirm the appointment. Our tech was Anthony. He texted when he was en route to alert us.He was polite and very professional. Even though this was a small job to him, he gave us different options and was so respectful the entire time. I will not hesitate to call on this company again and to recommend them to others.
