We’ve tried five different plumbers since moving to Salem. Blaisdell was the first place that was willing to do whatever it took to figure out the issue - no shortcuts, and no chasing them down. Anthony worked with us to find a very specific faucet for an old sink, even though it took a couple of tries and a bunch of research to find the right one. At that point, other plumbers might have told us we needed to replace the whole thing; but Anthony persisted, saving us money and letting us continue to enjoy an antique fixture. To top it off, he didn’t charge us for all that effort. He clearly cares about quality, thoroughness, and the customer experience. The Blaisdell office was great to deal with as well: friendly, clear communication, and text notification of appointment times (which were always accurate).
