First off, they did a great job installing my new boiler at a very competitive rate. However, Stephen is not that professional post service. I contacted him twice after the install, the first time resulted in a paid service call. The second time he texted me back with "I value you as a customer...but I have a life." The exchange after that deteriorated very quickly. So, after looking at the customer reviews praising Stephen up and down I am left perplexed. Maybe he just had a bad day? Chilly Willy doesn't have an answering service, and if they do, Stephen said nothing about it. When Stephen came to my house to quote the job, we went into great detail about educating the customer about the unit and how to troubleshoot, but apparently that has a short shelf life. I am not one to post anything negative, or anything at all for that matter, but I am so upset and disappointed at Stephen's behavior that I felt compelled to post a review. I was unable to find a plumber and via Angi I sent a request for a heating and hvac company Stephen from Chilli Whillie in Saugus was the only one to contact me it being a Saturday I had lost my heat Stephen from Chilli Whillie called and came out found the issue and due to the holiday wasn’t able to come til Wednesday but his technician Anthony came out installed our new heating system this company exceeded our expectations they are the best of the best and I would highly recommend them Service: Heating system installation
