We moved into a new house and before we moved in the water heater was replaced. Long story short, it was not installed properly, and created issues with our heating system. This was the only company to call me back and offer service before mid-November (almost 4 weeks out). Brian was patient, clear in his explanations, and gave us clear instructions for future possible needs. While it wasn't a fix I was expecting, great service and will recommend them for anyone with HVAC repairs.
The service technician they sent out to our home was professional, courteous and straightforward. He serviced the furnace, troubleshooted for a while and ultimately found the reason for no heat and fixed it.
