Nick and his team have been servicing my HVAC system for over 14 years. Recently, I asked him to give us a quote on a new furnace. He gave us several options and spent quite a bit of time in our home education us about the pro's and con's of each. He never tried to "sell" us anything, instead he made a recommendation with no pressure whatsoever, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to the time he spent with us, we very were very comfortable making our choice, which happened to be the one he recommended. His installation team, lead by Jake, was amazing. They arrived on time, with great respect for our property and our comfort as they we doing the installation. The worked efficiently, quickly and as quietly as possible. The installation took 2 days, which we didn't think was an issue, yet the apologized several times and offered to bring in heaters if we needed. them, which we did not. Brianna, Customer Service Specialist, was very helpful in guiding me through the paperwork. My installation crew of Tom, Kevin, and Evan did an outstanding job with installing the heat pumps and kept the project on schedule. They showed up on time and were professional, friendly, and took a lot of pride in their work. The team worked hard and well together. Evan and Kevin were patient when explaining how the system works. I recommend Control Point and my installation team of Tom, Evan, and Kevin very highly.
