Jim is great. I found him a few years ago when I needed to replace my furnace. Since then I have used him to replace my water heater and to hook up my new stove to the gas lines. My neighbors have used him too to replace their furnace. They also think he is great. Recently, in inspecting our furnaces, he detected and alerted us to other problems in our building that needed to be fixed. He responds quickly. His work is excellent. He is very professional.
