Roto-rooter hires good people. Dispatch was polite on the phone and quickly sent out Danny, who worked very hard to fix the clog in our main drain. Thanks for explaining the pricing up front, answering questions, fixing the problem, and cleaning up so well.
Called because of a leak. Plumber came in, looked and saw that the strainer was loose and water was leaking around it. Pipes were fine. He quoted $530 for the whole job. We said we'd call back. Took the strainer off and went to Lowe's. Replacement part (simple screw in) cost less than $40. Screwed in with some plumber's tape and it's fine. Just the facts.
