After several months of gathering information and several quotes, we could not be more pleased with our decision to use AMS for our new heat pump and furnace installation. Joe is very knowledgeable and was always prompt in answering my many questions. The installation team promptly showed up on the scheduled date and completed the job in one day. Under the leadership of Cristian, and his crew Bobby, Ryan and Andrew, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Great to have Charlie out not only for our regular burner tune-up but also to open the water tank, clean it out thoroughly, and enable me (the homeowner) to see the (pretty good) condition of the glass-lined tank.
