I was very please with the professionalism being given by the technicians when they arrived. They were efficient, polite, and got the job done quickly but took care in the repair. My family has used LeBlanc over the years and have found them to always be reliable and very good. Recently they proved themselves to be even better. During this terrible heatwave, my elderly parent's AC stopped working. I immediately called LeBlanc and explained the situation. I'm well aware that during heatwaves they are especially busy. I expressed my concern for my parents and their well-being. During the day I was contacted several times and told they would do their best to get there. And they certainly did!!! They came to my house to provide me with a quote and they never followed up. Called them several times and keeps promising the quote delivery but never delivered on it. How can you trust a this plumber to do good job if they can't even deliver on a quote?
