I called on a Monday morning and they asked if I was available between 10 and 2, THE SAME DAY! So I get a call and a young man named Jake said he would be here in 10 minutes, if that was OK! He was so polite, respectful and did a great job cleaning out our HVAC unit! I cannot say enough about Jake and the office staff! Greatly appreciate good people and good businesses!! Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. While chatting with a friend she recommended LeBlanc Mechanical. I hadn't had good experiences with similar companies in the past. Our experience with LeBlanc's phone representative and, several hour later, one of their technicians was excellent. The new hot water heater was installed quickly and at an affordable cost. What a relief. Definitely give LeBlanc Mechanical a try.

My family has used LeBlanc over the years and have found them to always be reliable and very good. Recently they proved themselves to be even better. During this terrible heatwave, my elderly parent's AC stopped working. I immediately called LeBlanc and explained the situation. I'm well aware that during heatwaves they are especially busy. I expressed my concern for my parents and their well-being. During the day I was contacted several times and told they would do their best to get there. And they certainly did!!!
