Antonio is the engineer who provided repair service for us. He is clearly the most professional and experienced HVAC engineer I’ve ever met in all my many years. He is articulate in explaining problems and recounts in detail everything he has done. I really appreciate Antonio’s generosity in taking time to make sure we understand all the issues. He took care to consult our furnace’s manufacturer about recent updates that relate to our particular furnace problem. And he efficiently made the necessary adjustments and repairs. On top of this, he is friendly and very polite. I highly recommend Antonio as a wonderful HVAC technician. Service: A/C system repair
A nice young man named Evan came and handled my pipes very well, they were quite clogged with years of build up. He was very smart, polite and efficient. He cleaned my pipes and made sure they worked great before he left. The office he works out of was amazing, from the minute i booked the job to the minute i paid i had clear communication with text alerts and i had no doubt in my mind i was getting a great value. We woke up in the middle of the night to find out AC wasn’t working and it was very hot. Thankfully Akian had availability the same day we called, our technician Orlando was very professional and explained every step of the process along the way. He was very detailed and told us exactly what he was going to do and what he was finding so we were well informed, and made sure to ask before he did anything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and got our AC back up and running in a couple hours which we were so thankful for! Their scheduling department was also very easy to work with, they are all responsive and made the entire process smooth. Orlando had to come twice and both times he came during the beginning of the 4 hr time frame that was given to us, once he even came a bit earlier. Would definitely recommend.
