I reached out the three different HVAC companies for repair/maintenance on a mini split unit. These guys let me schedule online, sent follow up texts, picked up the phone when I called and came out at the scheduled time. They sent a photo of the tech standing in front of his van before the appointment so I would know who was coming. The tech was professional, helpful and fast. The pricing was transparent and they gave me several options. I received a call from the owner after the service to follow up on possibly replacing my unit down the road. Naomi handled most of the administrative details when i first contacted the business. She was so kind and helpful. Very pleasant and responsive. Evan, plumber, came out to assess the problem with my water heater. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very accommodating around my needs, thorough and professional. On top of this, he is a delight to work with. At this writing, i am working with scheduler to set up the water heater replacement appointment.
