Sean and Colin were pleasant , knowledgeable, very careful not to damage anything when they moved the two gas stoves and kept me informed when they were close. Total professionals and Conf when scheduled. We have used Winters for a totally new HVAC system, as have many, many of our neighbors. They. Have also installed a bathroom faucet for us in addition to the stove hook up today. The quality of their work is very good and you can count on them coming when promised. Service: Sewer cleaning
Zane was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The appointment was easy to schedule - we called Wednesday afternoon and Zane came out first thing Thursday morning. He let me know when he was in his way and he arrived quickly. After examining our mini split AC unit, he quickly got it working again, explained to me in easy to understand terms how the unit worked and what the issue was, and the different options to fix the unit. He solved my problem quickly and at the best possible price. Even my dogs loved him! I cannot recommend Zane highly enough, he will be my first call going forward for any future AC issues, and I will recommend him to any friends and family who need their AC repaired.
We have a service plan with Winters for AC (springtime) and furnace (fall). We've been very happy with our experience over the years; they're easy to work with, reliable staff, and they give detailed info about maintenance options to take care of our old dinosaur furnace and AC, without any particular pressure.
