I received an excellent response from the Company on a website inquiry for same day service to install a new garbage disposal. Jesse did a great job. He was professional and knowledgeable and helped us get a decent price. We will have them do other work for us. I highly recommend Winters Home Services
This was my last chance with winters because the service man I had twice before broke my air conditioner unit. He has since been let go and Maury saw the problem right away and is honoring Thw warranty on the unit to replace it. This is what should have happened in the beginning. Maury was great! Winters has come through! Thanks! I am now writing after my split air conditioner was replaced by Brian and helper. I can’t believe how wonderful they were! Brian liked what he does and it shows. He takes pride in his work. Winters has definitely come through with wonderful service. Thanks very much!!!
I was lucky -- Vincent was in the neighborhood and was at my door within 30 minutes of my calling the office for an appointment. Vincent (who has made service calls to my home previously) was his usual efficient and professional self. Since his last visit, I got a new dog who clearly loved Vincent (and she doesn't like everyone). The old gas water heater was out and the new electric one in, all within 4 hours.
