Prompt response to calls/texts and the repairs were done quickly to avoid further water damage from my leaking rubber roof. Pricing was great and when further rot and damage was discovered I was sent photos of the area and explained my options. Everything was handled professionally and without pressure. Portanova was excellent to work with - Jim was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, walking us through various options and providing honest advise along the way. He responded quickly to multiple questions and mapped out a game plan that worked best for us. On the day of the roof replacement, he came to coordinate the whole operation. He then came the following day to check everything out and make sure everything was cleaned up and in good shape. I called Portanova to do a quick inspection on my roof before going through with a solar panel install. I called these guys the day before and the showed up first thing in the morning and assured me that my roof looked good and that it didn't need any repairs. The guy was super friendly, and gave some recommendations on how to extend my roof life, and didn't charge me for the inspection. i really appreciate that he didn't need to sell me a repairs i didn't need. 10/10 service.
