CK Mechanical

CK Mechanical was super helpful when our HVAC unit was going up last year. They helped us do whatever we could to keep it working, and when it could no longer be saved, they were great in assisting us with a new unit! Great communication, service, and product! Will definitely use them again for future services.

Yesterday when I woke up my home felt like I was outside. After some quick research I selected CK Mechanical because of the awesome reviews, and I had seen their trucks around town and the drivers always looked friendly. I sent an email at approx. 5:45 a.m., and to my surprise by approx. 7:15 a.m. I was contacted by a cheerful lady, Chris. She apologized for calling before normal business hours; however, based on my email she felt I had an emergency. I was floored by the courtesy extended. At approximate 7:45 a.m. the tech Steven arrived to my home and he was very polite, cheerful and on task. Prior to Steven leaving my home he noticed that my thermostat covering was not balanced and he requested to place tape on it to keep it balanced. In addition, he answered all of my inquiries in relation to some of my upcoming projects. I normally don't do reviews but this outstanding company deserved my time for a review.
