A very very very unprofessional owner!!! I woul rate them a zero if I could. The owner came out and measured our property for a fence. He was professional when we met, so I was strongly considering hiring his company for the project. I called his office a few days later to determine if any additional information was needed from us for the estimate. A female said he was waiting for information from the manufacturer and they did not need additional information from us. We obtained two additional estimates afterwards from two other companies and they provided estimates the same day and so we decided to select another company. About two weeks later we started getting disrespectful emails from the owner. As an example, today's email read, "Why would you need additional information when it was crystal clear the day I left both of you and your spouse that all I needed to price the job was your selection on style?
