My air conditioner stopped working this morning. I called Ray and he was able to come fix my issue the same day. Gave me tips on how to maintain my unit and avoid future issues. Highly recommended.
This Hanjin Heating& Air Service is a scam company who are taking advantage of the pandemic and collecting money from innocent customers like myself. I contacted their customer service and they made me pay for premier membership saying that would give me priority for them to come fix my broken AC. After I made the payment I had to keep calling them through out the week till a "so called" technician of theirs came over for 10 minutes and left promising to return to fix my AC. After a week I kept calling and they keep telling me their manager would contact me but nothing like that happened. I later found out that they do not qualify or are certified to work on my AC unit. It took me 3 weeks to find this out which made me loose my warranty on the AC unit. All they do is lie to customers and steel their money. I even told them I would be writing a review about my experience with them but they didn't care. I can say on authority that the other reviews are fabrications from these scam group
My experience with Hanjin Heating & Air Service has been friendly people, knowledgeable repair guys and installation. They are very fast and well informed. They arrived on time, were very friendly , neat and clean. I highly recommend!!
